Commerical Cable - Join The Society

The Commercial Cable Rehabilitation Society was registered with N.S. Joint Stock Companies in 2005 (Registration Number 3100417). It is the mandate of our organization to restore the former Commercial Cable Building, a majestic building in the heart of our rural community. Saving this piece of valuable history will show residents that something significant happened here and it can again. Restoring this building will inspire residents to work hard to change the current economic conditions and encourage people to invest in an area that recognizes the value of history and culture in our lives today.

The reason for preserving the Commercial Cable building is two fold. The first is to rehabilitate the actual historic landmark of the community which is in serious danger of falling down and the second is to create new space to spur economic development for the community and region.
